Hiring Presales Consultant (MS Dynamics CRM)

Job Description


  • Customize and Deliver technical Demos on Dynamics 365 and associated products to customers.
  • Understand the customer needs around MS Dynamics CRM and propose solutions based on MS CRM OOB Features, 3rdparty tools and customizations
  • Creating presentations, proposals, estimations, contracts, driving POCs for Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects.
  • Drive creation of marketing content such as White papers/Blogs/Campaign Messages/Webinars etc. This could be done individually or taking help from SMEs or Technical team, depending on the subject area.
  • Validate the solution approach, estimations and ensure alignment with business objectives of the prospects.
  • Traveling as required to US, Europe or any other market for client meetings
Experience and Skills
  • Sales/Functional/Pre-sales/BA experience of 5-10 years. 
  • Good understanding of Dynamics CRMs functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
  • Ability to talk and understand technology while being able to articulate business objectives and/or challenges of the prospects.
  • Ability to coordinate with delivery teams, marketing team and inside sales team.
  • Experience in working with ISVs/System Integrators and End Businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills with Clarity in thought Process.

Ideal candidate is someone who is Passionate about Dynamiccs365 as a platform and who constantly follows the CRM community/groups to be updated about the latest features/ enhancements/ updates. We are looking for a Self-starter-who will be able to work on his own initiative with minimal supervision..
